Analytics
Kixo provides a full suite of analytics tools to help you understand user behavior and measure product performance.
Metrics
The Kixo dashboard tracks key metrics out of the box. These are computed automatically from your event data:
- DAU / WAU / MAU -- daily, weekly, and monthly active users
- Sessions -- total sessions, average duration, pages per session
- Retention -- day-1 through day-30 retention curves
- Events -- event counts, top events, event trends
- Errors -- error rate, top errors, affected users
- Performance -- page load times, Core Web Vitals
Dashboards
Dashboards let you organize metrics and charts into a single view. You can create dashboards manually or ask the AI chat to build one for you.
Each dashboard supports:
- Line charts, bar charts, pie charts, and tables
- Custom date ranges and filters
- Drag-and-drop layout
- Sharing with team members
Goals
Goals let you define target metrics and track progress over time. Set a goal like "reach 10,000 MAU by end of quarter" and Kixo will show you a progress bar and daily trend against your target.
Segments
Segments let you filter your data by user properties, behavior, or platform. Examples:
- Users on iOS who signed up in the last 7 days
- Users who completed a purchase but never returned
- Users from a specific country or region
Segments can be used across dashboards, funnels, cohorts, and campaigns.
Funnels
Funnels show conversion rates through a sequence of events. Define the steps (e.g. Landing page → Sign up → First purchase) and Kixo calculates drop-off at each stage.
Cohorts
Cohorts group users by a shared characteristic or action, typically by sign-up date. Use cohort analysis to compare retention and engagement across different groups of users over time.
